The lab bead mill is designed for testment or small batch production, one year's warranty, offering vedio technical support,using very small grinding beads , usually the diameter of grinding beads ranged from 0.3mm to 0.8mm for nanomaterial grinding. There are three different feedup pumps for choices,like self-circulation, hose pump, diaphragm pump. But actually, most of lab sand / bead mill is self-circulation, that is powered enough for small batch production.The grinding chamber material is optional from silicon carbide ceramics, sus 304 stainless steel, PU, hard alloy steel, nylon,etc.This laboratory sand/ bead mill is widely used in dyestuff industry with wet process. It can promise the well distribution of particles, and great fineness.
