22kW 30litre High Capacity Low Temperature Wearable Alloy steel For Oil Base Sand Mill Machine

This Sand mills are main consists of chamber and disc dispersing system. The double end mechanical sealing with independent technology could resistant to more than 1600 kinds of solvents. The series have great flow rate and super fine discharging, the finally fineness can be reach 1um for D90 .The cooling efficiency is better than normal mills because the sectional double spiral water course is more beneficial to heat exchange. The grinding efficiency is higher 15-30% than traditional mill machines; the combined disperser can rapidly increase dispersing efficiency. .

The main introduction of Sand Mill Machine

1. The structure is compact and stable: the motor is placed on the upper part, the grinding chamber is placed on the lower part, and the total height of the equipment is low. More than 20L large model mills with chamber slide rail for easy maintenance.

2. Double mechanical seal: It has 2 patented technologies, with forced coolant, sealing ring resistant to 1600 kinds of solvents, coolant is compatible with materials, no pollutants, and reliable operation.

3. Discharge separation system: Large flow, no blocked: dynamic hollow rotor-super large area slot separator uses dynamic centrifugal force separation principle. Use of extremely small grinding beads (0.3 to 3 mm).No export blockage occurs under high flow conditions. Good heat dissipation, narrowest particle size distribution.

4. Classic disc dispersing: 3 side discs, 4 side discs, curved discs, lumbar discs and eccentric discs, different materials can be selected, such as stainless steel, alloy steel, ceramic, hard alloy &PU etc.

5. Grinding inner chamber: It has two patented technologies: chamber cooling and disassembly. The chamber volume is from 0.6-300L. The materials are stainless steel, alloy steel, ceramic, hard alloy & PU, etc.

6. Electrical display and control: basic column of operation column, more integrated higher control system and PLC Allwin data acquisition hardware and software system, and more process control and process optimization system.
