PLC Optioal Disk Type Wet Grinding Horizontal Sand Mill for Coating Painting Ink

The main introduction:

This bead mills mainly consist of chamber and disc dispersing system. The particular mechanical sealing could be resistant to more than 1600 kinds of solvents. The series have great flow rate and super fine discharging, the finally fineness 1um can be reached .The cooling efficiency is better because the sectional double spiral water course is more helpful to reject the heat . Because of the combined disperser, the grinding efficiency is higher 15-30% . Wearable steel, stainless steel, PU and ceramics could be available to satisfy with different requirements.

Our horizontal sand mills are widely used in coating and paint, pigment, pesticide and agro-chemical industry,pigment and dyestuffs, printing inks, gravure inks, food and food processing,non-metallic minerals.

The Configuration instructions:

1. Outer chamber materials: 304 stainless steel

2. Inner Chamber materials: choose what you need from SUS304, wearable steel, ceramics, PU,or others

3 .Dispersing shaft: 40Cr with hard chromium plating

4. Dispersing disk: wearable steel, sus304, GCr15, PU coated with sus304

5. Feeding and discharging end covers on the cylinder: 304 stainless steel

6. grinding separator types: disc type, pin type, or combined type

7. Static discharge screen ring: Wire Wound screen ring with 304.Gaps: 0.5mm.

8. Mechanical seal: particlular double mechanical seal

9. Feeding pump: G1/2”,G1“,G1.5” ARO diaphragm pump;(brand: Ingorsoll Rand)

10. Appliance configuration:( Non )Explosion-proof machine, suitable for water or oil based materials. (Non) Explosion-proof parts: operation column,electrical appliance boxes;electric contact pressure gauge, temperature,solenoid valves with NO ex electrical contacts.
